Kaizer Chiefs boss Gavin Hunt insists he will win trophies with the DStv Premiership club.
Hunt has endured a difficult first season with the club unable to strengthen his squad because of a FIFA transfer ban.
Nonetheless, Hunt has steered Chiefs to the knockout rounds of the CAF Champions League for the first time in their history, and with the ban ending in June, he has his sights firmly set on improving all aspects of his side.
He said on KickOff: "The club has brought me here to win trophies, and they will win trophies with me.
"What we need to do is really look at our squad going forward and get that desire and attitude back. They were so close last year, but we need to be challenging for trophies across all fronts.
"That obviously takes time with a squad; we really need to look at our squad and have people who want to be here and play and signings going forward is key for any club.
"If we stick together and go along the path that I want, I know we will be successful, but it doesn't come quickly; things take time.
"People are always impatient, and we've not won anything yet and just one step at a time."
Amakhosi are back in action on Thursday against Baroka FC.
Kick-off is at 15:00.
